We are thrilled to announce that the main road infrastructure for Block A has now been 100% completed, paving the way for faster residential development and enhanced accessibility for all plot owners.
Phase 1 Milestone Reached
The construction team at Jaffar Enclave has been working around the clock to ensure that the primary infrastructure is delivered ahead of schedule. As of yesterday evening, the final layer of asphalt was laid down on the 100ft wide Main Boulevard passing entirely through Block A.

What's Next?
With the main road now fully operational, logistically transporting building materials into the sub-sectors of Block A will become significantly easier. Next week, the teams will transition their focus towards:
- Installing the synchronized LED streetlights along the median.
- Commencing the final landscaping for the roundabout and green belts.
- Beginning the phase 1 markings for the bicycle tracks.
