Dutch Corporation's Aluminum Die Cast Brake Shoes are produced at our in-house Die Casting Plant using technology transferred from our Chinese manufacturing partners. Each shoe body is cast under high pressure from high-grade aluminum alloy, which delivers a superior strength-to-weight ratio compared to conventional steel assemblies. The casting surface is then shot-blasted to roughen the bonding area, dramatically increasing the adhesion of the friction lining and preventing separation during emergency stops. Every batch is dimensionally inspected to ensure a precise OEM fit across a wide range of motorcycle and light vehicle applications.
